Thursday, 4 May – These are some examples of the students last Homework Assignment. One Human HAND. So, why a drawing or painting of a hand in a Portrait – well, Portraiture can get fairly limiting, in terms of content. And there are many, many examples of hands being included in a portrait. So, to change things up – students did a graphite study of a hand and at least one or both of the students last to oil paintings will have hands in the pose(s). Yes, their last two assignments are now oil paintings. Should be good!
