This was really an exquisite lunch! To say the very least! We ate for nearly two hours. And the most incredible food just kept coming and coming and……Here is the professional carver guy? Not sure what his title would be. The main course was, yes, duck! The most amazing roast duck I’ve ever eaten and the best I will probably ever have! Just astounding! You eat it with a multitude of sauces and garnishes in either a little steamed bun or paper thin crepe. The favors!!!!!!!!!!! Lotus root, silver fish, tiny, baby sautéed celeries, little pork knuckles, etc……. I just can’t remember all I ate. Truly amazing – and remember the Chinese do not waste anything and I mean anything. So I can only guess………no matter, it was incredible!
