April 28th, 2017 – Picture #3 – We are eating, of course, a very special cake. It is called – “Sophora Flower Cake”. It is made from the flowers of the Pagoda Tree (Sophora Japonica). Absolutely delicious! One could actually still taste the flowers or ‘flowery’ fragrance in the cake. Nearly indescribable! Very, very special indeed!
