13 August 2017 – So, after a 4 and a half hour train ride from Beijing to Xi’an, we spend the afternoon investigating the old city of Xi’an. In the evening, we discovered the Chinese / Muslim section of the old city. Yes, you heard me right – the Chinese / Muslim community. The food was absolutely incredible! Wonderful Chinese food with a Middle Eastern twist – yum!
