Continuing south from Stockholm, we flew into Brussels and took a train through the countryside northwest to Rotterdam, Netherlands. This is where my brother-in-law and our two lovely nieces and ex-sister-in-law all live. We stayed about 5 days and visited many beautiful sites. Starting with a visit to Kinderdijk (a heritage site) and visiting windmills from yesteryear. A beautiful place…we made the best of pretty lousy weather for all 5 days, but along with Kinderdijk, we visited downtown Rotterdam and Delft (and Johannes Vermeer’s gravesite)…
